Ms. Cathy Wu is a distinguished attorney specializing in data, intellectual property, and finance law, with a proven track record of success in complex legal matters.
Ms. Wu graduated with distinction from the National University of Singapore. She has been with Watson & Band Law Offices at its Shanghai headquarters since 2002. In 2009, she participated in the PRC Lawyer’s Delegation of the Young Lawyers Exchange Project, a program co-organized by the judicial authorities of China and Australia.
Cathy provides comprehensive legal services to PRC governmental authorities, trade associations, and numerous domestic and foreign corporate clients across various sectors, including TMT, finance, healthcare, automobile, mechanics, engineering and FMCG. Recently, she has led her legal team in successfully handling several landmark projects and cases.
